Kalamanjari at the Istana: A Royal Deepavali Celebration
It was a true honour for Kalamanjari to have been part of the Deepavali’s Istana Open House. It was really a blessing for Nachu to do a Bharathanatyam performance in front of the Honourable President of Singapore Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam and his wife Ms Jane Ittogi.
Kalamanjari’s student Jai and his team did a multi-cultural vocal performance.
I had the privilege of sitting next to the President and his wife to explain about the dance program.
